Stockholm Bränneri took inspiration from the Swedish midsummer for this fragrant aquavit. The folks over at the distillery describe aquavit as Scandinavian gin, having infused the spirit with dill flower, caraway, fennel seeds, and elderflower, as well as juniper and coriander, more commonly found in gin. An ideal exploration for gin lovers wanting to try aquavit, or vice versa!
Piney and fresh, with fragrant cumin, anise, oily citrus and sweeter, floral notes of elderflower.
