The folks over at the distillery describe aquavit as Scandinavian gin, having infused the spirit with dill flower, caraway, fennel seeds, and elderflower, as well as juniper and coriander, more commonly found in gin. An ideal exploration for gin lovers wanting to try aquavit, or vice versa!

Amazing mix of gin and akvavit
This mix between gin and akvavit is absolutely extraordinary. Great with indian tonic water, or just neat with a little bit of ice.
