Bivrost Aquavit
This Aquavit hails from Bivrost, and is distilled in Arctic Norway at the foot of the Lyngen Alps! It's distilled from potatoes and flavoured with caraway, orange, star anise, coriander and fennel, with some other top secret ingredients thrown in. Like all Bivrost spirits, the aquavit is blended with melted glacier water. We'd say that it's pretty cool, but that pun would be too obvious. Instead we'll just say that it's nice.

Brightly floral, with oily orange peel leading into distinctive liquorice notes, with aromatic warming spices on the finish.
