La Fée Bohemian

La Fée Bohemian is a more modern style of absinthe based on the spirit made in Bohemia back in the early 1990s. This is a more herbal style of absinthe, with less anise used in preparation, and as a result you will not see the 'louche' effect when water is added.

I've been really good, can I have

Reviews for La Fée Bohemian Absinthe
Bohemian absinthe so does not louche
This does not louche because it's a bohemian absinthe with no aniseed suspended in the alcohol to cause the clouding when water's added. I've been caught by a Czech absinthe like this. Still an absinthe, but depends what you want.

I like it a lot!
I've had this several times and although it's not a traditional absinthe, in that it is anise-free and does not louche (because it requires anise to do that), I absolutely love the flavor. I don't seem to be able to find anywhere that will import it to the US these days, which is sad. I would love to have a bottle.

Lousy
Tried three glasses, and promptly put it in my bathroom as a mouthwash.

brrrrrr
Tastes like the American Root Beer/Mouth Wash the Dentist uses & Lighting the Sugar cube b4 mixing does not help either, stay away or use as a forfeit shot in a drinking game.

Frankly nasty - bitter and tastes synthetic. And I wanted to like it
