Millstone 4yo TBWC

That Boutique-y Whisky Company has independently bottled up its third batch of Dutch whisky from the Zuidam Distillery! This excellent Millstone single malt was matured for 4 years, and has been bottled at 49% ABV, complete with labels giving us a peek inside the distillery. Well, at least that's what we hope it looks like. We also hope that's exactly the kind of top hat that master distiller Patrick van Zuidam wears to work. We bet the shoes even match the hat. That, right there, would be taste.

Batch 3 is a release of 1,925 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Dried fruit, furniture polish and brown sugar initially, with notes of orange blossom, garden herbs, Christmas Cake and Pinot Noir in the backdrop.

Palate Chocolatey malt, milky coffee and a touch of orange peel combine with hints of toffee and cooked apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish Dark fruits and chocolate lingers.
