Description
This expression from White Oak was aged for five years in sherry casks, and it's brimming with sweet, unctuous character that makes it a glorious sipper neat, it would also make a delightful Highball if you want to drink it like you're in Japan!

Sweet malt, caramel, raisins, and berries.
Palate
Charred oak and earthy spice, treacle toffee, jammy berries.
