Description
This 31 year old single cask Tormore joins Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice series. Distilled in 1991, this single malt Scotch whisky matured in a refill sherry butt, until it was bottled at cask strength, and without chill filtration or added colour.

Nose
Raisin and dark treacle aromas give way to subtle polish.
Palate
Rich fruit cake flavours combine with milk chocolate and festive spices.
Finish
A full bodied finish with lingering aniseed and charred oak.
