Exquisite single malt whisky from Toremore. Distilled back in 1990, this was matured for a generous 31 years in a bourbon cask, before being bottled by Chapter 7 in 2021, as part of its Monologue series. Only 239 bottles of this special Speysider were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Tropical fruits, passion fruit, apple crumble, and spiced pears.

Palate: Charred pineapple, stewed apple, bright orangey citrus, and bold, biscuity malt.

Finish: Citrus peels, tangy with creamy barley, orchard fruits with a dusting of nutmeg.
