Tomintoul is based in the Cairngorms National Park, which, with its high altitude and freezing winter conditions, is one of the only places outwith the Arctic where areas of tundra exist. That little quirk is the inspiration behind Tomintoul Tundra, a creamy single malt that spent its entire maturation in bourbon barrels!
