Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Medium-body and well-balanced. There are notes of vanilla fudge and barley. Tones of malt extract and espresso, hints of mochaccino and oak.

Palate: Pleasingly viscous, with notes of barley sugar, toasty cereals, acacia honey and malt extract. Honeycomb, toffee and a touch of vanilla fudge.

Finish: Quite short, yet charming.

Tomintoul 10 Year Old 35cl Reviews

Smooth & Flavoursome, Perfect for the beginner

I was no Connosieur to Whisky about 10 yrs ago. Couldn't fathom out why people drank the stuff, I'd bad experiences with Whiskies in the past, Throwing the drink down the drain. Suffering from sore throats afterward. Until I tried this particular 10 yr old drink. Instantly I loved it, fresh, clean, a real tidy drink. I always keep a bottle in the house now, for special occasions or just for a drink at Christmas. Certainly great if you're a beginner with Whisky, its got a really fresh palate, and so very different to alot of single malt whiskies.

good

By no means shabby but quite uninteresting there's nothing to warrant a other bottle again. Clean and crisp tho
