Nose
Wham! That’s a mighty nose: dried fruit, Christmas cake, Jamaica Ginger Cake, all the cakes with some fresh raspberry fruit. Wallop!
Palate
Full body, peppery and aromatic, lots of dried chilli flakes, dark cherries, toffee, and cloves.
Finish
Fiery spice with just a little lingering fudge.
