The Glenlivet Nàdurra First Fill Selection Batch FF0122
From Glenlivet's Nàdurra range ("Nàdurra" means "natural") comes a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or additional colouring (hence the "natural" reference in the name). This particular edition was aged in first-fill American white oak casks, and bottled up at 58.8% ABV. We've long been fans of these bottlings, and we continue to enjoy them greatly.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Powerful orange zest and toasted kitchen spice, with a touch of oak warmth.
Palate
Toasted brioche and buttered crumpet, plus candied pear and chewy apricot.
Finish
Vanilla sponge, citrus, and green apple.
