The Black Scotsman 9 Year Old
This splendid single malt was distilled at Glenrothes especially for The Black Farmer, Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, in honour of his own Scottish roots. Matured for nine years in a single sherry cask, it's brimming with comforting, fruity warmth and sweet spice.

Nose
Sugar dusted baked apple with softer notes of apricot, juicy sultanas, and forest fruits.
Palate
Gently nutty with hints of chocolate praline, more cherries, and berries, soft vanilla leads to gently spiced oak.
Finish
Candied zests, stewed fruits, cakey spice with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a prickle of warming pepper.
