Honeyed apple, old leather, soft hints of spicy rye leading into subtle woody smoke, with red grape lending a rich sweetness to the mix.
The red fruit notes move to the fore, with blackberry and stewed plums. It maintains its core of leather and mature oak, while developing hints of brown butter and floral grains.
