This Teaninich single malt comes to us from The Single Malts of Scotland, drawn from five ex-bourbon casks! It was bottled at 11 years old in 2021 as part of the indie Reserve Casks series, full of bright fruit and chocolate notes. Lots of Teaninich single malt is often used in blends, so this is a great chance to see it shine on its own!
Milky coffee, hints of dried herbs, apricot pastry, and tangy tropical fruit.
Fresh herbs now (think sage and rosemary), balanced by lemon drizzle cake, and mint sponge cake.
Peaches and cream linger.
