This seven-year-old single malt from Strathmill joins the Strictly Limited collection from independent bottler Càrn Mòr. Distilled in 2016, the whisky matured in a host of sherry butts, yielding a total of 1,721 bottles in 2023.

Nose
Fruit pastries, herbal honey, a touch of porridge, and dried apple, with dustings of sweet cinnamon.
Palate
Sticky, syrupy sponge, spiced orchard fruits, robust oak, and fruity herbal tea.
Finish
Flapjack, gristy malt, more apples, and runny caramel.
