Ordered some samples to try some older whiskies. This was great stuff. Huge sherry influence, lovely waxy mouthfeel with tonnes of honey, dried fruit and brown sugar into a long pleasing finish. Superb!
This is an absolute sherry bomb. Dark chocolate, some berries, baking spices, and just a hint of burnt matchsticks. Overall this a quality Whisky and worth the price.
