Light and flavoursome, the spirits from the Strathmill distillery in Speyside are rather good for blending, but also stands up when bottled as a single malt. This particular bottling has been released as part of Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice collection.

Fresh and Vibrant....
Coming out of a winter full of smoky/peaty whiskeys, very full flavoured and warming I decided to pick something different up this week.

I chose this and it was exactly what I wanted, a clean crisp fresh taste made better by a bit of April sunshine, the flavours are quite obvious and it is not too complex, it will not take long to drink this and I'll definitely get some more!
