A sherried indie Strathmill from James Eadie! This single malt was treated to a 19 month finish in a first-fill European oak Oloroso sherry butt before it was bottled at 11 years of age, with an outturn of 617 bottles at cask strength, a burly 58.5% ABV.
Homemade berry jam, fresh espresso and chocolate cake.
Sherried dried fruit, Morello cherry and roasted coffee bitterness.
Oily toasted nuts and black pepper spice.
