A 10 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery in the eponymous Speyside region, distilled in January 2007 and bottled in 2017 after a finishing period in a Sherry cask. This is yet another tasty Cooper's Choice from the Vintage Malt Whisky Co.'s selection, bottled with an outturn of 390 bottles.
Dried barley, fragrant orange oil, almond pastries.
Rolos and honey'd raspberries, with a pinch of cumin powder heat.
Lingering red fruit.
