A rather yummy Speyburn single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a single cask for 9 years and bottled by Douglas Laing for the Provenance range. It was distilled in March 2007 and bottled in March 2016 at 46% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Rather cakey, with a good dollop of fruity jam and a handful of clove.

Palate

Coffee beans, chopped almonds, Mars Bars and a hint of apples.

Finish

Lingering spice (and perhaps a hint of smoke).
