Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Very honeyed and musty. Has a strong dessert wine/noble rot feel to it. Crème Fraîche.
Palate
Very sweet. Opens on warm honey with melted butter, and develops with spices. Almost a hint of marmalade. A breakfast whisky?
Finish
Fruity finish, becomes slightly more tannic. Retains that wonderful sweetness.
