Sasayaki (meaning 'whisper') is a malt whisky made in the Japanese town of Ogumi, which you can find in the Bandai-Asahi National Park amidst the stunning landscape of the mountains of Asahi and Lide. This one was matured in Japanese Mizunara oak, which brings creamy and floral depth.
Crème brûlée, dried fruit, summer flowers, and creamy banana.
Vanilla, toffee, oak, and baking spice join the party.
Gentle and long.
