Bourbon
From Woodrow's of Edinburgh comes a single malt made at Pulteney Distillery back in November 2007. The Scotch was aged for 15 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel at the Highland distillery before it was bottled with natural colour and without chill filtration in June 2023 at 57.8% ABV.
Vanilla fudge, white chocolate, oak spice, and apple.
Salted caramel, orchard fruit, floral honey, and lemon peel.
Creamy and rich.
