From the Old Perth range comes a vintage 2007 blended malt matured in sherry casks. It was bottled up without chill-filtration and with no added colour at a lofty 56.7% ABV.
Toffee apple, creamy vanilla, raisin-studded fudge, and sticky sweet sherried oak.
Caramel, baking spice, leather, and chocolate-coated cranberries.
Root ginger, clove, and orchard fruit.
