This single grain Scotch is from North British Distillery and was distilled in 2007 before being aged in a single hogshead cask for 14 years. A total of 456 bottles were drawn from the cask, independently released by Wemyss Malts.
Salted caramel, white chocolate, dried plums, and cinnamon.
An oily palate brings darker fruit and crumbly vanilla tablet.
Medium-long with prickles of white pepper.
