A single cask from Yoichi. This was distilled on the 7th February 1991, and matured for 18 years in cask number 129374 before bottling at cask strength on the 10th July 2009.
The nose has lots of wood as well as demerara sugar, cardemom and raisins. Rather complex and in the palate(w.w.) we find, more or less, the same but with more fruits like oranges, apples and apricots; beautiful whisky, highly recommended!
