This marvellous single malt from Miltonduff was distilled in May 2011 and matured for a decade in a single bourbon barrel. In 2021, the clever gang at The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. cracked the cask open, releasing a total outturn of 228 bottles for The Cooper's Choice collection.
Warm buttered croissants, creamy vanilla, spiced apple, and a whiff of citrus zest.
Sweet malt, honey flapjack, crumbly vanilla fudge, and the gentle warmth of toasted oak.
Chai spices creep in with a creamy texture, sweet wafts of apricot, zesty lemon, and juicy barley.
