Ever wondered what would happen if you took Michter's US*1 Bourbon (matured in charred American oak) and then went and gave it an additional maturation in toasted, but not charred, barrels (made with wood that's been air dried for 18 months)? This. This is what happens. A limited release first available in the US in late 2014.
