Mannochmore 12yo 2009 Bottling Note

Distilled in January 2009 at Speyside's Mannochmore Distillery, this single malt was matured for 12 years, with a finishing period in an Oloroso sherry cask. In June 2021, a total of 203 bottles were drawn from this single cask by the independent bottler, Auld Goonsy's Malt.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Stewed orchard fruits, ginger, a touch of clove, and vegetal oak.

Palate: Fresh malty bread and orange marmalade, a good helping of cinnamon and baking spice, orchard blossom, and drying herbs.

Finish: A whiff of freshly cut grass, nutmeg, soaked sultanas, and poached pear.
