Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Fragrant ginger with zesty notes of menthol softened by buttery pastry and vanilla custard.

Palate: Honey biscuits, bold barley with nutty spice, a sweet touch of pear, and oily, peppery oak.

Finish: Citrus oil, soft sponge cake, clove, a touch of cut grass.
