This is a 1 litre bottling of 20 year old Glen Deveron single malt Scotch whisky, originally released for the Travel Retail market. 'Glen Deveron' is the name used by the Macduff distillery for their official bottlings of single malt. It's not often you get to see their whisky outside of independent bottlings, though it does find its way into many popular blends. Plenty of Sherry cask influence in this one.

It is worth the price. But doesnt seem a 20yo. Single malt. Not something you have to try but not something to throw away either. It is a great price for 20 yo. Single malt.So splurge and show off. And be the judge for yourself

I brought this one from Calgary on route to UK and absolutely love it. Amazingly Smooth and like most not refined enough to break down the different flavours. Will be looking for it at Heathrow to take one back.

Bought this in duty free in Edinburg in 2019 and absolutely love it. It was my first trip to Scotland. It is a smooth scotch that warms, does not burn and has a nice lingering finish. I hope it is imported into the US soon.

Bought a bottle of this in the Whisky store at Heathrow. Had to talk the clerk into allowing me to taste a wee dram. Actually a couple times after the first taste. Boy is it good!! Smooth finish. Not hot at all. Not refined enough to comment on strawberry, comquat, avacado, and other notes more experienced tasters might detect.A great taste for the price. I'll be buying more!

Burns the throat, has a bitter-sour after-taste! I have to agree with all the poorly rated reviews

Nose: Toffeed spice attack...Thorntons. Palate: It moves away from Thorntons and assault you towards the end of the palate with off sherry. After: The after fades with little aplomb but it's the off sherry note with some spice that lingers.

Best whiskey ever tasted

Love it! Nice pairing with the Acid 20 Anniversary cigar! The cigar enhanced the hazelnut tones to a point of enjoying a good brandy in flavour !

Got this for my 50th still can’t taste so much as a pickled onion .. impressed however that this whiskey has fuelled my ride on lawn mower and has done 3 acres on this jet fuel ..

Worst scotch I have ever tasted. Fumes like methylated spirits. Nothing smooth about this scotch. What was even worse was I bought it for a mates 50th and we opened it on the day, so embarrassed and disappointing. He is going to use it as cooking scotch in cakes.
