Description
From The Single Cask indie bottling range comes an eight year old Linkwood, matured in a single cask (which makes sense, y'know, considering the name and all that...). This one was aged in a hogshead from September 2011 to February 2020, before being bottled up at cask strength with an outturn of 312 bottles.

Nose
Banana fritters and runny caramel, with some gristy savoury hints underneath.
Palate
More cooked fruit, a kick of stem ginger, drying spices.
Finish
Butterscotch and fluffy pancakes.
