Joining the independent Pintail collection, a fabulous offering from Speyside's Linkwood distillery. Distilled in 2008, the whisky spent its final year finishing in a manzanilla sherry barrique before being bottled up at 14 years old. A release of 308 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Buttered brioche and apple chips, toasted marzipan, and oily oak.

Palate: Nutty malt brings notes of salted, honeyed almonds with drizzles of dark chocolate.

Finish: Candied ginger, creamy oak, pastry, and spiced nuts, plus sticky, honey-soaked prunes.
