A 10 year old single malt from Linkwood, independently bottled by Mossburn Distillers (owners of Torabhaig - an upcoming distillery on the Isle of Skye). It was set down to mature in 2007 and bottled a decade later in 2017 at 46% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Hay, anise, melted butter and just a smidgen of smoke.
Palate
Oily barley, fresh pear, maple syrup and spearmint.
Finish
Marmalade, black pepper and layers of honey.
