The Casks of Lindores collection explores the three main cask types used at the Lowland distillery; bourbon, sherry, and STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) wine barriques. This limited edition single malt spent its entire maturation in a host of oloroso sherry butts, imparting decadent layers of dates, candied nuts, cacao, and leathery oak to the elegant malt at its core.
