Inchgower 27 Year Old 1997 (Thompson Bros.) 70cl Whisky

Inchgower single malt Scotch whisky presented by Thompson Bros. who blended two refill hogshead casks with slight dilution to create a spirit that retained its vibrant fruitiness while offering weight and texture. Both casks had been maturing on-site at Inchgower since 1997 before being moved and bottled in Dornoch, and yielded a total of 406 bottles, non-chill filtered and natural colour, at 52.3% ABV.
