This beautifully briny 12-year-old has been selected from a small parcel of reracked Pedro Ximenez sherry octaves and bottled at natural cask strength, a satisfying 55.2% ABV. A release of 98 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Classic combo of pickles, coffee and cocoa at first, then ripe melons and vanilla fudge sweeten the affair.
Palate
More coffee, instant granules complemented by subtle notes of sea salt and sticky dates.
Finish
Wafts of shisha tobacco (apple?) through the finish. Very yummy.
