A 1 litre bottling of 18 year old Glenfarclas single malt initially released for travel retail, broaching the gap between the excellent 15 and 21 year olds.
This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Honeyed apples, citrus, vanilla and sultana.
Rich and full with toffee, rum and raisin, plum, warm lemon and hazelnut.
Spicy toffee'd oak.

Well for the price, it was justified. I enjoyed the drink.
Like the woman of the hills, this dram is not for the faint of heart. It is truley the tipple for the connoisseur , I'm not insinuating that it will drink your blood but if the Baobhan Sith gets her teeth into you she will be in for a pleasant surprise.
very interesting drink. I drink 18yo with its 12yo side by side. It's the same drink!
