Glendullan 7 Year Old (That Boutique-y Whisky Company)
A seven-year-old single malt from the Glendullan distillery, which has been bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company and adorned with a label documenting the Space Olympics! What, you don't know about the Space Olympics?! This year, it's taking place on Kepler-90e, and everyone is very excited to see who takes gold in the 100 Parsec Dash/Slither.
Batch 1 is a release of 387 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
A floral quality from honeysuckle leads and brings a soft, sweet element that Granny Smith apples, grassy malt and earthy vanilla supports.
Palate
Winter spices add an aromatic heat to acacia honey and toffee pennies. Tannic oak and a touch of raspberry with time underneath.
Finish
A little orange lingers among black pepper.
Overall
A pleasantly complex effort from Glendullan. Yum.
