This single cask whisky from GlenAllachie was aged for 15 years in an oloroso sherry puncheon between 2007 and 2022. Non-chill filtered and with no added colour, this Speyside single malt boasts plenty of savoury nuttiness, with only 720 bottles produced.
Jaggery, praline, roasted nuts, and spicy malt loaf.
Ferrero Rocher, cacao nibs, caramel apples, and warm cinnamon.
Spices linger along with toasted almonds.
