An 11 year old single cask bottling of single malt from GlenAllachie, and a rather curious one indeed. It was drawn from a Premier Cru Classé red wine cask, where it took on a wealth of rich fruit notes, making for a supremely satisfying sip. A release of 318 bottles.
This bottle was part of a private collection and may show signs of wear if of a certain vintage - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
Floral rose and vanilla blossom, with red apple and sultana in support.
Malty vanilla, cassia, juicy pear, strawberry laces.
Mint chocolate, butterscotch, and pink peppercorn.
