10 year old single malt from the Glen Moray distillery in Speyside, independently bottled by Copper Monument (named after, y'know, stills and that). This one was left to mature in a first-fill bourbon barrel from 2007 to 2017, before being bottled at cask strength.
Flaky pastry, sugared almonds, a touch of strawberry ice cream.
Spices start to develop on the palate - think black pepper and a touch of paprika. Still full of vanilla and fresh fruit.
Thick honey and hickory.
