From the Glen Garioch Distillery up in the Highlands region comes a 9 year old single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a single cask that was laid down in 2011. After this maturation, the whisky was bottled up by Adelphi in 2021, presented at cask strength, with an outturn of 462 bottles.
Brown bread with marmalade, juicy apricots, a hint of thyme honey.
Stewed fruit and floral malt, balanced by touches of cedar and ginger.
Lasting spiciness of more ginger, plus some jammy sultana.
