Superb single grain from Girvan, distilled in 2011 and aged for over a decade. After most of its days in a bourbon hogshead, this creamy whisky was moved to Pedro Ximénez sherry casks for its final three years, before it was bottled by Murray McDavid. 1,226 bottles of this Lowlander were released for the Select Grain series.
Dark treacle, spiced fruit compote, and red apple.
Caramel digestives, oaky spice, fruit and nut chocolate.
Stewed plum, vanilla pod, and honey.
