A single cask rye whiskey from FEW Spirits in Chicago, distilled in 2016 and matured in new American oak before finishing in a sauternes wine cask. That cask was opened by The Heart Cut in 2023, independently releasing a total of 441 bottles.

Nose
Zesty layers of dried citrus peels, brown butter, prunes, and vanilla cream.
Palate
Soft stone fruits, candied lemon, peach gummies and buttered toast, with a touch of rye spice nestling beneath.
Finish
Lemon drizzle cake, boiled sweeties, woody spice.
