Fercullen 14 Year Old

Fercullen 14 Year Old Bottling Note

A rather lovely Irish single malt here from Fercullen over in County Wicklow. This one spent its entire 14 years of ageing exclusively in bourbon barrels. As such, there's lots of rich nuts and creamy, tropical deliciousness to be found here.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Stone fruit and creamy vanilla, with lemon curd and honeyed cinnamon spice.

Palate: Wonderfully creamy, with biscuity malt and hints of banana, leading into toasted hazelnut.

Finish: A warming finish of oaks spice and more cinnamon.
