Deeply sherried single malt from Edradour, bottled as part of their Straight from the Cask series. This was distilled in September 2007 and left to mature for 10 years in a sherry butt, until it was bottled at cask strength in November 2017. A release of 968 bottles.
Buttered malt loaf, chocolate ice cream and roasted peanuts.
Chocolate raisins, Christmas cake and oodles of cinnamon sticks.
Spiced rum sweetness with a kick of cardamom heat.
