Well-Sherried Dalmore, anyone? Yes please! That's exactly what we've got here - Dalmore single malt aged in a single Sherry hogshead from 1996 to 2017, independently bottled by Malts of Scotland. A release of 225 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Powerful oak, stewed rhubarb, milk chocolate and oily walnuts.
Palate
Big and muscular, with loads of Sherried sweetness and Christmas-y spice. A hint of dried apple hides in the background.
Finish
Buttered popcorn, chocolate-coated raisins and ginger.
