A Connoisseurs Choice bottling of Dalmore single malt Scotch whisky, bottled up by Gordon & MacPhail! This one was aged in a refill bourbon barrel for 14 years - from 2005 to 2020 - before being bottled at cask strength with an outturn of just 255 bottles.
Nose: Foam banana sweeties, pineapple chunks and cola cubes, with oak warmth in the background.
Palate: Walnut, pecan, white chocolate, ginger and quince.
Finish: Honey, almond, clove, another prickle of spicy ginger.
